What is SCOPE and why is it important?

Simply put, it is the part of the contract that spells out what work the Union employees are contractually guaranteed to perform.

It is the protection that prevents your work from being given away. 

It is important because without SCOPE you are nothing more than an employee at will.

What good is a contract if it doesn’t protect you from the company giving away your work? 

SCOPE is EVERYTHING!!!!
